The European Commission introduced the simplified cost options as a departure from the principle of the real costs. They lighten the administrative burden on beneficiaries and management bodies. The aim is to use more efficient and correct the EU structural Funds.

For actors like the managing, certifying and audit authorities as well as the intermediate bodies and beneficiaries this European Seminar is important. Participants learn how to proceed with the application of the simplified cost options and get familiar with types of cost options.

In a workshop attendees will calculate cost options and benefit from practical exercises.
Make better use of EU Funding through less administrative burden.
